Article 1 - General provisions - Field of application

1.1 These General Conditions of Sale ("GTC") determine the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by SmartFeet ("the company").

1.2 Any order placed on the Magnet-innov.com website supposes the prior acceptance and without restriction of these general conditions of sale, which are subject to the laws of the USA. These CGVs are therefore an integral part of the contract between the customer and the company. 1.3 These GTC apply to any order placed by a major natural person acting as a consumer. 6.3. Reception

Upon receipt of the product, the customer undertakes to verify that the product is complete and that it is not damaged.

ARTICLE 7 - Retractation

7.3 Terms to exercise the right of withdrawal

Article 8 - Guarantees
